سرفیس پرو ٤
سرفیس پرو ٤ در سال ٢٠١٥ همراه با نسل اول از سرفیس بوک ها معرفی شد. نسبت به مدل های قدیمی تر خود با ارتقا پردازنده و افزایش مقدار RAM همچنین استفاده از حافظه ی SSD برای بهبود سرعت آن. با این شعار کە تبلتی که می تواند لپ تاپ شما باشد وارد بازار شد. از جمله مهمترین ارتقا های آن سیستم عامل آن بود که از ویندوز 8.1 به 10 بود. طراحی ظاهری آن مشابه surface pro 3 بود.
طراحی ظاهری
در کل افزایش سایز از 12 اینچ به 12.3 اینچ و کاهش زخامت آن از 9.1 میلی متر به 8.4 میلی متر از مهمترین تغیرات نسبت به مدل قدیمی آن بود. کیفیت تصویر 2734 × 1824 پیکسل با نسبت ابعاد 2:3 و پشتیبانی همزمان از 10 لمس. تنوع رنگ بندی برای کیبورد آن که در صورت لزوم می توان به آن اضافه نمود.

اندازه ی تبلت 8.4 × 201 × 292 میلی متر می باشد. با وزنی معادل 786 گرم که بسیار سبک می باشد. البته مدلی که از پردازنده ی Core m3 استفاده شده وزنی برابر با 766 گرم دارد.

یک عدد HDMI mini display یک عدد USB 3.0 و یک عدد MicroSD card slot .
- دوربین و صدا
با دو دوربین تعبیه شده در جلو با کیفیت 5MP و دوربین پشتی با 8MP و توانایی فیلم برداری و عکاسی HD از نقاط قوت این تبلت است. بلندگو های آن با تکنولوژی Stereo speakers with Dolby Audio premium از کیفیت بالایی برخورد دارند.
